Having Difficulties creating a username and password
or re setting your password?
We have listed below the reasons why you may not be able to create a username and
password;
1) You have gained your qualification or updated your membership with PADI
Asia Pacific today and have attempted to create a username / password on our site
on the same day. In these circumstances, please note it can take 24 - 48 hours for
the V-Insurance Group website to recognise your PADI number.
Solution: Please either return to our site in the next few days or if you
require immediate insurance coverage, please contact the V-Insurance Group office,

2) You have recently transferred to PADI Asia Pacific from another Country
/ PADI region. In these circumstances, it can take between 3 - 4 days for the V
Insurance Group website to recognise your PADI number.
Solution: Please either return to our site in the next few days or if you
require immediate insurance coverage, please contact the V-Insurance Group office,

3) You have previously created a username / password using the same email
Please note that an email address can only be registered with our site once and
the same email cannot be assigned to duplicate users.
Solution: Please attempt to create a login again using a different email address
4) You are not a PADI Professional (i.e an Assistant Instructor, Divemaster
or Instructor) Please note that you must be a PADI Asia Pacific professional in
order to gain access to our website
Password Recovery Issues - Have you recently changed your email?
If you have changed your email since you originally created your login credentials
with our website, you will need to provide your updated email address to the V Insurance
Group office. If you don't update your email address, the retrieve username and
password functionality will not work as the site will be sending the details to
your old email address. Please either email or phone the V-Insurance Group office
